What i need to divorce someone how claims to be a permenent resident alien

What is the name of your state?MISSISSIPPI
Ever since i met my wife in sept 1995 she has claimed to be a permenent resident alien.She has never shown me proof of this and had a Social Security card and number.I believe there is an expiratrion after the 10 year status which you must apply for a new card 6 months prior and 6 months after this exriration date.We have been married for over 10 years and she said she had the card issued way before we met.She said her resident card was stolen before i met her.She has never went to apply for a reissue of the card.Now we are split up and i will be filing for divorce.What do i need to as far as getting her information of her immigrant status?Will i need this proof to divorce this woman?Will she have to provide this info to my divorce lawyer and the court?

What makes you think that her immigration status has anything to do with whether you're able to divorce her?
