What is the name of your state? California

This is my situation. .
After being swindled out of many hundreds of thousands
by a wealthy real estate developer and his attorney , I took him all the way to a trial and kicked his ash.
Although the jury stated he was a liar, as I easily proved, and he and a few of his accomplises were caught in countless lies. I am left with nothing more than a few outright confessions from these crooks in a open court, and a judgment for a few hundred thousand.
They have the money to keep the appeal process going longer than my money will hold up.
My only hope if the DA refuses to look into them due to their expertise in defrauding people, is to expose their 25 + lawsuits in the way of a websight exposing them and their fraud. I am not too worried about them suing me as I'm sure they will, since the proof is in their arragant confessions. However the only way I can fight them is through exposing them. I can open a websight, post bill boards around town and tell the world the facts on these individuals to make sure I am their last victim.

My question is this.
Assuming If I only state facts that I can prove to a jury if need be ,do I need to be concerned about exposing these crooks in the form of a public websight and losing on a technicality along the way ?

Please keep all the smart ash comments to yourselves, unless you are attemptin sincere advice. I am serious and in a bind to stop these crooks.

There is always the potential for a lawsuit. If you get sued, you'll have to defend youself, or hire a lawyer to defend you. There are no guarantees in court. So yeah, there's exposure, even if everything you say is 100% true.
