What is the name of your state? pa

beth, i was reading your response to cj123 and have a question. my hearing is on 11/14, and while my employer even admits that this should be workers comp, nothing is guaranteed. their insurer denied they claim. my employer wrote me a letter admitting that they were negligent concerning employee safety(i was assaulted by a customer in his home). i know that i can appeal if i lose. just wondering if that's my only choice. i may be worrying unnecessarily, but this whole situation has been handled poorly from the beginning and i'm just trying to be prepared for any result. thanks
