What if you think the soon-to-be-ex doesn't pay child support?

I'm not sure if my soon-to-be-ex husband will pay child support. I don't even know how much he makes an hour because he refuses to tell me. I have yet to get a response from him about being served the divorce papers. He hasn't said anything to me when he comes to visit or pick up our son. I have felt a little confused since I began the whole divorce thing, but I have managed to understand most of it.

If you recieve primary custody of the child he is going to be ordered to pay child support. He will also be ordered to provide his income information to the court so that child support can be calculated.
