I have health insuance and I have met my catastropic deductable for the year.(Jan.1-Dec.31 2002.) What I was wondering is if I where to have further treatments before the 31st of Dec. and my insurance company receives the bill after the new year. Could they claim that I would have to meat a new deductable for the treatments I had before Jan.1 2003?
Thankyou.

No, it is the service date that matters, not the date that they receive the bill.
