What is the name of your state?Alaska

I posted a while ago about being rear-ended. I am presently trying to settle the car damages with the insurance co. The accident took place on April 19th and I feel like they are really dragging their feet.

I opened a claim with my insurance co. to pay the medical so this is strictly to do with the vehicle.

My car was a 1998 hyandai sonata high mileage (116,000) with cruise control remote start in good condition. I submitted (at their request) receipts for work I've had done in the last 18 months totalling approximately $1,300.00
(brakes, thermostat and blower motor)

They have been trying to get me to take less than $2,000. after they minus $350. for the salvage value. They are basing this on comparision to only one similar car for sell.

Please help I have been refusing to accept this amount it doesn't seem fair based on values that I have been able to find on the internet. Can anyone help me find the value that they should pay?

NADA book value is $2,475.

I don't understand what you mean about minusing the salvage value. Are you going to keep the car so they're charging you the $350 for it? If so, their offer is reasonable at $2,350. You can try and get the $125 difference from them too.
