I am dissolving my relationship with my boyfriend of 8 years.After quite a bit of verbal and physical abuse I got an emergency order of protection in Nov. Let me say that we have resided in the same residence for all of those 8 years. We are going to hearing tommorrow so he can return to the house. I believe that his lawyer will be asking that he return but with a no contact order. What specifically(sp) does this entail for my state?
