What is the name of your state?tx
I have filed I-130 for my mom and included my birth certificate with it. I recently recived a letter from USCIS asking me to send them 'Certificate of Live Birth'. I am little confused as to what is the difference between the certificate that I sent them and the Live Birth Certificate that they are asking. In my birth certificate, I have my mohter and dad's names and I think that should be enough to prove the relationship. Any ideas?

You may have sent to unofficial hospital 'birth certificate' which is not the same as the one from your State's Vital Records Dept.
Or, they may have lost a correct one that you did send.
