what is 'commercial usage'?

Hi everyone.

I think this is quite basic but I've been surfing for a while and I can't find a definition anywhere.

Basically, having taken photographs at a sports event I would like to put them on a personal website, I suppose you could call it an e.zine, the web site is non-profit making.

The ticket for the event says that 'photographs cannot be used for commercial purposes', where do I stand and what is classed as 'commercial usage'?

I'm based in the UK but any advice from anyone would be gratefully recieved.

Your website use would still be defined as commercial purposes pursuant to US and International laws.
