What is the name of your state? I live in Minnesota.
I have a storage unit in Colorado. The check I sent in for payment last month didn't clear. I was sent a bill with the fee's I would owe because the fund were not available in my checking acct. I have no problem with this, what I have a problem with is that, on the envelope that my bill was sent in (through the US mail), the party who mailed it wrote "INSUFFICENT FUNDS"" in red felt tip on the front of the envelope. I have never seen a business, collection agency or any of that ilk do something that tacky and demeaning. Isn't this a violation of privacy? What right has any company, large or small have to put private business out for public display?
