[To get as close to the questions legally unjust here goes, I was confided in about a federal charge that has baffled many minds to this day. How is it that a federal court can charge an individual with conspiracy by entrapment on behalf of an officer of the court so to say by planting without the knowledge of the party that has by all rights the right to view at will his/her own file to confirm changes in case status as well as the "COURT RECORDS SEALED ENVELOPE" available in a file that is rightfully open to view contents. if this envelope was to remain sealed why would any officer of any court allow that to be become a part of that right to view file? Instead the person was observed with no knowledge of the charges that were in full force brewing as that individual opened that enveloipe that was placed in his file he had every right to view. Entrapment? or Not? Now serving his 3rd year of I believe is a 13 year federal prison sentence.

Daniel, is that you?

Please state your question in a way that people who speak English can understand. I don't know where you learned grammar and syntax but it leaves a lot to be desired. We can't answer your question if we can't figure out what the heck you're saying.
