This is a business problem. What is Replevin Comlaint and
should I answer this one to the courts? If so what do I say?

My response:

Someone is suing you and your company for the recovery of goods unlawfully taken. It is a lawsuit made subject to establishing the validity of the recovery in a legal action and returning the goods if the decision is adverse.

I would suggest that you get an attorney, very QUICKLY.

Can my husband still file Bankruptcy after this letter?

Can he file after they start sueing the business. If so
what kind can of bankrruptcy could he file?
