I am contemplating working on a Video program for distribution on the internet. It won't contain anything comprimising or pornographic. If I tape others in the show I was going to shoot some video of each person asking them on camera if they agree to be taped and agree that I can distribute this on the internet. I wasn't going to show that portion in the final product, but if they took issue later I'd have the footage of them giving me permission. I plan to distribute it for free and I won't make any money from it.

Is this sufficient, or do I have to contact a lawyer to make up a disclaimer? Like I said this is for free and I'm not making money, so I didn't want to deal with an attorney in this if possible so I'm soliciting your advice here.
