Have you thought of any point to Trial by Jury, Habeas Corpus, in modern times? I certainly try to commit as many crimes as possible for the law and order of Habeas Corpus, wouldn't you agree? In modern times, they could probably get space lasers to surround you. No Science fiction, there are radio waves and annoyance or like electronic dog collars, no warning, total innocence, no realization to wrong. They just steal enough from you to implant the idea of wrong somehow and choose an insecurity from there. Is that familiar? Is that modern investigation? Really, we can pick any year to prefer jail and throwing away the key. That is inalienable human right next to any decade of any alternative, isn't it? What is the actual application today to Habeas Corpus, right to trial, visible charges. Volunteer to any police department of course, they don't have any casefiles and nothing extraordinary and no actions afterward are seen or taken. Its a revolutionary electronic fascist state.

Do you have an actual legal situation you need guidance with or did you just want to "chat" or debate?

You "try to commit as many crimes as possible"? Huh?

In modern times, they could probably get space lasers to surround you. No Science fiction, there are radio waves and annoyance or like electronic dog collars
You might want to seek assistance from a mental health professional.

Presume they want evidence, they put a social clown hat on you a serve you the warrant to facebook, and they got electronic dog collars, or other things, at that point, make anything your problem. "Committing crimes would trigger habeas corpus", the law would present to you reasons and you're detained outside of undue innovations like that. Nobody really needs much mental guidance about it. A crazy electronic fascist state.

This is not a debate/chat site. There are a ton of those sites on the net...please go find one to discuss things that interest you. Thank you.

Your postings to this forum so far have been confusing at best. :)

I cannot speak to the dog collars or social clown hats but a writ of habeas corpus is used to bring a party before a court or a judge. The writ is not used to determine guilt or innocence but instead is used to release a party from unlawful imprisonment. The only issue presented by a writ of habeas corpus is whether a party has been unlawfully restrained of his liberty.

I don’t think this legal forum is the proper place to address your concerns. I don’t think we are going to be able to help you as much as a discussion forum might.
