What is the law in regards to open forum Internet pages? I posted a few motorcycle items for sale on a motocross chat page only to have the administrator e-mail me saying he would sue me for selling stuff cheaper than what he pays for it and damaging his business .At the time I had no idea the guy running the site had a store and sold the same things I was selling. I have not posted any other objects for sale since I found out that he has a store.

But what are my rights? Nowhere on his page does it state that you cannot post things for sale. He even has a SALE forum page. And it’s an open forum page to everyone. Don’t I have the right to post just as much as he has the right to remove my post’s? .

I have no intention on posting any more items on his site any more. But if I did can I get in trouble ?

No. He did it because he probably had a slow business. So. I wouldn't worry about it. But there are plenty of other sites you can sell your stuff.
