What is the name of your state? California

My 15 year COMMERCIAL lease just expired (it was an initial 5 year term with 2 additional 5 year terms). I have continued paying rent and the landlord continues cashing the rent checks. Do I get a new 5 year term or do COMMERCIAL leases revert to a year-to-year or month-to-month tenancy? Any cite to California law sections and/or cases would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Unless indicated in the lease a auto renew clause for a set period it may well be just expired and now your a month to month renter, BUT you know commercial leases are so different from residential leases your best bet is to take the lease to a real estate atty to have it reviewed.
