What is the scope of the IC3?

Forgive my ignorance, but am I missing something here? Isn't the IC3 a US organisation which works with the FBI and NW3C to combat internet crime? Doesn't that fall within the scope of US law??

I disagree, I believe, lol, what the author of this original post was pointing out was how vast the debate spans for the case against IC3 ans it's involvement with those issues that deal only with US Law vs. those encompassing International Laws.
