$125/week ?? Who do you know can exist on $125 a week ???? That's below poverty level !

Doesn't that go against the Federal minimum of 40x the minimum wage ?

Well, excuuuuuuuuuuuussssssssse meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee !

I was 10 off. I know I read that 40 number somewhere recently, seems to have stuck in my head.

The point is, the Federal in this case should prevail. Maybe people could survive on $125 a week when that law was written, today they'd be living under a bridge if left with that amount to survive on.

You're excused!! :D

And of course you are correct, the state law is 'trumped' by the federal limit, however, that wasn't really what the writer asked......
