undefinedWhat is the name of your state?Indiana.
I am currently living with my boyfriend of about a year. Well he had gone through and finished a divorce in March. Long story made short his ex thinks that it is a great idea to leave harassing messages on my voice mail at work. During the process of the divorce he and I met and well started to stay the night together. She was already moved out. One night she came to the house and came in to his bedroom of course finding us together. Which was an ugly sight for her and she proceeded to yell and call me ugly names. Mind you that the divorce was already going through. She then proceeded to call the police claiming that I was a thief and intruder, (she did ask me if I had a weapon while on the phone to the dispatch, of course I didnt have anything). The house is under his name. The divorce is finalised and has been for several months, including that she is not to try or contact me at all. He and I decided to move in together, because we are thinking about marriage. Word got to her through some of his and her mutual friends. Hence she had decided call me continually at work to claim that I owe her money for a cell phone bill that I never used or seen. It has been known to her and her lawyer that any thing that pertained to the divorce was to be through the lawyer or email to my boyfriend. However she continues to leave me messages about how she can't call him and that she wants more money. I am no longer able to answer my office phone at work because of this and it is prohibiting my ability to do my job. Also from her actions and have become increasingly afraid of her physically. What is this classified as and what can I do to protect myself?
