What is the name of your state? Nebraska

I have just recieved a summons from Discover card. What do I need to do to answer this? Do I need to just file a statement or are there forms that need to be filled out. I want to settle this but I want to make sure I am covered first. Any help is appreciated.

There is a definite format you must use for your Answer to a Complaint. Here is some info to help you get it done:

Discover is nasty and you will not find them easy to deal with at all. You will probably NOT get them to settle for anything less than the full amount, they are VERY aggressive at suing people and they play hardball to the limits.

You want your Answer to be a general DENIAL if you want to get your chance in court, otherwise any admission of their allegations will get you nothing but a default judgment against you.
