What Kind of Licenses do i need

Ohio, BUt moving to florida soon

What kind of licenses do i need to Opening a Jet Ski rental and snorkeling and paragliding resort on the beach??, im not sure if this if you guys will know but, If you dont. who do i need to talk to about this?

Start by checking with the Florida Secretary of State's office. You will probably also want to talk with a lawyer in Florida to get all of your insurance and waivers straightened out.

It is obvious you don't have a clue what you need to do to open such a business. My suggestion, go work in the industry till you know it inside out. Then consider starting your own business. Folks like you are the reason the failure rate of new businesses in the first year runs about 90%.

I know im just learning everything now. because im only 16 and im trying to learn everything i need to learn.. i cant do it til im 18 or longer
