FLORIDA I had a truck i sold on payments with a contract. Payments have stopped and i have located the truck [whats left] in pieces , he has stripped the truck and placed the frame from the truck on an el camino and has gotten clean title to the el camino which has my frame. I have gone to small claims court and the judge has issued a continuance, as he is unsure what is a vechicle. So what i am wondering is does the frame constitute a vechicle or is it all the other parts, or both. THANKS FOR ANY INSIGHT

Don't understand what that is all about but if you had a deal, then you had a deal. It sounds like your contract was off or something is wrong, otherwise, the judge would not have a problem with this.

Need more info

I was in a similar situation. Sold a truck to a guy who removed the engine and put it in another vehicle. Judge here in Indiana ordered that the motor either be put back into the truck by a certified mechanic at a local repair shop and returned to me in running condition. All at the other parties expence, or that he pay me the remainder of the money. My guess is that you either didn't have the contract worded correctly or that you sued for the wrong thing (ie: you sued to have the individual give you the El Camino).
