The problem was a watch I bought from this someone in an online auction that was most incorrectly described.
I want to know the procedure and official paperwork I have to fill out to sue them for $10,000,000.00 for libel per se. I must clear myself of this outrageous, libelous, statement.

My response:
You've got to be kidding! You're asking us to teach you the laws involved, and to teach you Civil Procedure, and "Long Arm" statutes, Libel and Slander laws, and Court Rules, etc., etc., and the list goes on. It would be easier just to put you through law school.
If you want to "clear yourself", see an attorney.
