Unless the Trustee thinks there's something fishy about your petition, there won't be any 'tricky' questions. They are required to ask certain questions and they're pretty straightforward. Your ONLY answers should be the absolute truth. You'll be lucky if you have 10 minutes in front of the Trustee.

Unless your lawyer tells you differently, the only thing you'll need are 2 forms of ID. If the Trustee want's anything else, he/she will notify you.

The Trustee will ask you for one picture ID and your Social Security card. The picture ID is usually a Drivers License and most folks provide a Social Security card, but you can use a W2 or recent paystub (or passport or any other credible paperwork) if you've misplaced your Social Security card. Then the Trustee will confirm the Social Security number you've provided matches the Social Security number you listed in your petition, and then give both of the ID's back to you.
