I filed a "Notice of motion and motion to modify child support" to modify child support. The other party filed a Response to motion to modify child support and or spousal maintenance" and ""response to "motion to modify child support".
IN his response to moidfy hcild support and or spousal maintenance, he is asking that he gets the children as dependents. I would like to respond before the court hearing. What forms do I use?
