What is the name of your state? Ohio

My husband lost his 6th job in the 10 years we've been together so for my sake and our son's sake, I'm going to ask my husband to leave.

I would have done so last night, but I was afraid he'd take off in the middle of the night with our 19 month old son.

What legal paperwork should I have in hand before I confront him with this? What's to stop him from trying to take our son?

Are you co-owners of the Property ?

Even If not, he has established residency. You can't make him Just leave , because he lost his job.

In other words , If he don't want to leave , and he don't have to , then if you want to separate , you would have to leave.

This is the 6th job he's been fired from in 10 years.

Yes, the house is in both of our names. I officially asked him to leave but he's still there because he has no money and nowhere to go.

It doesn't seem right that I should be the one to leave since I'm the one paying all the bills and supporting our son.

Are you planning on a divorce ?

I would consult an Attorney . ASAP .

When you married , what were the Vows ?

You get my meaning ?

The only way now to make him leave is IF the were domestic violence and he is arrested for it .
