HELP! Realtors from the realty company that I rent from enter my apartment without notice....after I wrote a request for them to only show the apartment when I am home...they opened my locked door to my apartment without knocking and let prospective tenants in while I was in my bathroom in my underwear!!!!!! I live in Pennsylvania...WHAT ARE MT RIGHTS TO PRIVACY????

I would find out who that asssshole realtor was and contact their BOSS!

You have a right to be notified in advace if someone is coming over....

so lets be creative, throw dirty clothes near the front door, leave the place a mess, and if they come over unnanounced have some pasta you can throw in the stove fast with LOTS of garlic and hot sauce in it, turn it up real high, to stink up the place....they will get the message.

Do you have a lease? the lease and your security deposit continues to the new owner
