I recently signed a lease and had three females whom I thought I knew, and who aren't on the lease move in at the same time I did. The utilities are in their name however. It only took a few days to realize things weren't going to work. These women have done unthikable things to acquire possesion of the house including implicate me in a neighborhood burglary causing me to spend a night in jail until it was scratched, call the property manager, whom I am doing work for also and try to convince her of these lies (she didn't buy into it however),change the locks the night I was in jail, insisted my girlfriend remove my dogs or they would be impounded that night, began to remove my things and put them outside on the carport, and even calls the police EVERYTIME I go over and force my way in. Most of my things are still in the house, so I have gone their to get things I need. When she got no where with property manager, she even called and lied to the homeowner. This woman is so nuts, I'm embarressed to contact the homeowner for fear of what else she has said. She did pay the entire rent this month the night I went to jail, as it was the 2nd of the month. I did not offer to reimburse her at this point. The police have sided with them, telling me I will be charged with tresspassing if I go back tonight. They got an emergency order of protection. I live in Arizona. HELP!!!!!
