I'm 16 years old and currently living in Idaho. This year I will be a junior in high school and after high school I want to attend UCLA for medicine. I have a grandmother that I am very close with living in California. I want to finish my junior year here in Idaho and then complete my senior year in California living with her. By doing this it will cut my tuition rate in half and double my chances of even getting into UCLA. My mother said absolutely not and refuses to even consider it. Every time I ask her why she says I don't want to talk about it and changes the topic. I know moving will be a great thing for my education. What kind of legal rights do I have?
