You have the right to get yourself a lawyer and fight back.

Without a lawyer you are probably at the mercy of whoever is seeking guardianship over you.

What is the name of your state?

The process and the exact rights the person has depends on the laws of the state where this is taking place, and you did not provide the state or any details of what is going on. However, the person has a right to an attorney and there will be hearing at which the person may contest the guardianship action.
