Florida: my question is: my grandmother made a quick claim deed on this property where we reside over to me and my husband..there is a mortgage on this property as of right now in default...she has recently up and moved out literally overnight family from up north came and got her...what rights do we have now on this property? she claims she is going to call mortgage company and wash her hands of deal do we have any rights to this place? or is it up to mortgage place if we can continue to live here..a note the whole time she resided here she NEVER made any payments we did....and i do have proof of that...we need some answers like ASAP she claims items she left here she is sending others for am wrong not to allow anyone to have her items unless it is her personally?

You do not have to allow any of the family in the house since you are now on the title. However, for the sake of peace, allow them to take what is hers. You have other problems with deal with.
