I am from California. A little while ago I made a stupid mistake by driving drunk and I got caught. I am only 20 years old. I was never read my rights when i was arrested but i know that doesn't help much, do they have to read me my rights if they take a blood test? After this i decided to have a blood test but i was told i had to take one or the other, he said that if he wanted to he could hold me down and take the test that way. Also when i took the breathilizer on site, which they said I had too, first i didnt breathe hard enough, then it read ,.15 then when they did it again right afterward it read .085. Is there anything i can do? If not what should i do to put this behind me? I'll never put myself in this position again but i need to know what to do know. Thanks.

I had 5 or 6 smirnoff ices a 40 and a few beers at a pool hall a while before. I was driving fine, the place was less then a mile away. They were waiting outside a 7-11 and when i walked pass they stopped me and said they could smell beer. I passed tests like standing on one leg and tilting my head back. but my eyes were glossed.
