Tennessee case:
I am the CP of my two children, Hannah-6 and Matthew-4. I have other threads on here but this is also a concern of mine that I need some advice on. Basically my problem begins with my ex husband. He has just recently wanted to get visitations again with our kids after 7-8 months now. He is in arrears of around $5,000 and the last time we went to court he decided he would try to take our kids instead of paying this amount or returning to the county jail to finish out the 5 month sentence of 6 months he was supposed to serve. Please note that he was released without paying any money due to the state. Anyways, He has a new wife now and they have a child together too. My children had to go with him, after 7-8 months of not seeing him, for Christmas holiday. The clothes I had sent them with were not returned. What was returned with my children is what I have a MAJOR problem with! My ex husbands new wife had sent my daughter home with a pair of her old shorts. I was already mad because I have NEVER got back all of their clothes even after I told them that I actually do own a washer/dryer. OK going on now... While sorting through these clothes to wash I noticed these shorts and ask my daughter who gave them to her. She stated that they had belonged to his wife. THESE SHORTS HAD BLOOD STAINS IN THEM!!!! I bagged these nasty things up and what the hell do people get off sending these things home for my 6 yr old daughter to wear. I have met this 18 yr old wife for the first time on dec 21 and I have no clue where she has been and I am just at a loss for what to do! can someone tell me if there is ANYTHING I can do. I have thought about going to our next court date and make her litterally eat her shorts but I am not so sure that would help my case... ANY SUGGESTIONS?!?!?!?

eeeewwww!!! Gross, tacky- but not illegal. You're dealing with an 18 yr old, so the judgement is likely to not be that mature

And there could be any number of explanations. Like - the clothes to go home were put on top of these shorts and they were accidently picked up with the rest.

Is it sorta gross? Yeah. But very likely explainable and not something that's worth takign to court. Unless you want to see major eyerolling from a judge.

reply,

That would be easy to say I guess but the thing is my daughter said that the wife had gave them to her to wear. I suppose I am just dealing with a bunch of idiots. I swear, all these people that cheated on their husband and I had to be the one who was faithful and look what I have now, an ignorant man for a father. WHAT WAS I THINKING!!!!
<~~~ Blames this on LACK of drug use. LOL
