To make a long story short, a manager basically not only flat out lied on my review - he provided what were facts twisted to read what he wanted - but he also intimidated another employee to capitulate his agreement with my methods.
His manager did nothing and accepted this review. At this point we are about to be reviewed by a third party and this may jeopardize my position. The work I have done proves that his statements are untrue and even inflammatory. I love my job. What should I do?

Well, you have several options:

1. You can hold your breath until you turn blue or the manager changes your review, or;

2. You can fall on the floor, roll on your back and pound your fists and feet on the carpeting screaming at the top of your lungs until your manager changes the review, or;

3. You can put out about $5,000 to initiate a libel suit against the manager which will go nowhere, or;

4. You can tell your side of the story when your next review come, because;

5. Legally, you have no case for anything except maybe a few tall boys to help you get over this.

I assume you have experience with this or are some type of legal profesional. This site states that what he did was illegal. I guess it's like most things in this twisted country. Justice only works if you can afford it. I will pursue this though, cause I hate *******s.
