How long ago did she move? How long ago did you find out that she moved? As long as the events have occurred somewhat recently, you need to get to the courthouse ASAP and file a petition to contesting the move and request that the judge to order the child IMMEDIATELY returned the the courts jurisdiction until the proceeding are concluded in court. That is as long as the custody order doesn't specifically state that she can relocate the child at her sole discretion.

If she moved in March, you are getting close to what the court could consider a "reasonable amount of time" to contest the move. However, the court SHOULD cut you a little slack because of the medical treatments that you were going through at the time. Still, file ASAP! If you can't retain an attorney right away, file pro se, get the wheels in motion while you try to find a lawyer.

What county are you in, in Texas? I may have know of some helpful resources in your area.

Under the SOP you may appoint another adult, to pick up your children for your visitation, if she will not present the children for your visitation also file contempt in addition to contesting the move. Make sure that you are capable to care for your children or have someone with you who is.
