What is the name of your state? California

I got charged with cpc 369 G (B) while I was unlicensed and fled the scene. I didnt do any damage to any other than my car. The officer recommended charging me with CVC 20002(A) leaving the scene of the accident CVC 12500(A) unlicensed driver and PC 369 g (B) driving along a railroad track. On the complaint for arrest warrants it only lists one count 369g (B). This is all in Santa Clara county.

I have two questions, firstly is it likely they will add the other charges or just leave it at the 369g (B). Secondly, what punishment is likely?

No one can possibly say with any degree of certainty.

Here is PC 369g(a) and (b):

369g. (a) Any person who rides, drives, or propels any vehicle upon
and along the track of any railroad through or over its private
right-of-way, without the authorization of its superintendent or
other officer in charge thereof, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
(b) Any person who rides, drives, or propels any vehicle upon and
along the track of any railline owned or operated by a county
transportation commission or transportation authority without the
authorization of the commission or authority is guilty of a
misdemeanor.
If I had to guess, I'd say they'd hit you with all of them. However, you might be able to plea to one as opposed to all three.

Secondly, what punishment is likely?
Oh, a suspension of your license, perhaps, and up to a year in the county jail and up to $1,000 fine plus fees and assessments ... more if found guilty of all three.

Consult local counsel ASAP.
