I live and work(out of my home) in one state, the regional office is in an other state. The mailing address, my supervisor is in another state. I know that if I am injured at work, I have a choice of what state to file. But...if it is an employment issue, what state laws prevail?

Unless your employment agreement specifies otherwise, the state where you work, that state's laws would apply for employment law matters.
