What to do about an unauthorized draft from checking account?

I explained a problem I was having with a refund check in another post. I didn't get a reply, so I'm breaking it down to a simple question.

If a company makes an unauthorized draft against my checking account, what can I do about it?

Unauthorized draft

You can demand repayment and if they do not, then you can sue them. Probably in Small Claims court.
