What to do about Tenant

i want to know what i can do about a tenant that i have gotten a stipulation of settlement for her rent. this is supposed to be paid by the end of the month,now she had her niece and her nephew moved into the apartment without letting us know. the apartment was rented to her and her daughter only. this is in new jersey.this is only a two family house, and her apartment only has 2 bedrooms and one is small
