What is the name of your state? NH

This is pretty much a breakdown of what happened as far as last time I posted about my situation ..
https://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?t=380212&highlight=SnS76

We finally got the 'official' papers in on Dec 15th. The judge did order child support set at what he could from the information Dad provided. I know it is way below what it really should be because of a temp diability situation Dad is going through right now, but I digress.

The Judge also did set visitation at exactly what we requested in the parenting plan, which was my major concern. It ended up being, one day per weekend, which day to be decided by Dad before hand, alone, only him and the children, from 10am to 5pm to re-establish the relationship. Also, on Christmas day from noon to 3pm.

It was to be alternated week to week. Such as, the first weekend it would be both children and Dad .. and the next would be, say my son and Dad .. next, both children and then daughter and Dad.

Now, Dad has a court order telling him he CAN see the children regardless of what I supposedly say .. and yet, the kids, nor I have heard a word from him.

Now this was the same guy who sat in court and told the Master that I was the one keeping him from the kids.

We were supposed to revist this in Jan, but because of the length of time it took to even get the papers back, the GAL actually asked for a continuance .. ?

The GAL also hasn't started her investigation yet either, because of the time frame it has taken and the holidays.

I guess my question is, do I wait for this hearing and then bring up these facts, or is this going to be something the GAL makes notes of ?

I have a feeling that regardless of what the Master thought of him last time, he just pretty much did himself in by not exercising this visitation.
Am I wrong ?

Thanks guys :)

I'm sure the GAL will be asking how the visits are going, tell her...maintaining a respectful tone regarding dad....

otherwise, wait for court, then he can explain his actions

I never thought it a good idea to prevent someone from cutting their nose off to spite their face....

I'm thinking there won't be any visits at all by that time. My attorney had to call him regarding the GAL fees and during that conversation he made it pretty clear that he would not be exercising them. He claims they - the courts and my lawyer- are treating him like a criminal

Although, I hate what this is doing to the children, I have to admit I'm really curious to see the Judge's reaction when he says the same to him. heh

Thanks for the advice :)
