I have court on the 25th of this month. They are suing me in a county that is four hours away from where I signed the lease. I have the realtor stating in writting that I signed the lease in that county and the house was in that county as well. Also she wrote in her letter that she did not walk through the house with them and in their letter they stated she did. So will this be proof enough to get it tghrown out of court do to lack of jurisdiction??????

Can't figure out what 'that' county is. You don't need to be secretive, it just makes it confusing.

For example:
Your post says, " They are suing me in a county that is four hours away from where I signed the lease. I have the realtor stating in writting that I signed the lease in that county and the house was in that county as well."

Is the county they are suing you in four hours from the rental property, four miles from your current residence or four miles from the corner store??

Please review your post and make it legible so that we can try to help.

Also:
1) What state???
2) What court (small claims, district, superior)?
3) What is the dispute about?
4) Why are they suing you?
5) Were you properly served with notice of the suit?
