Los Angeles California. The owners wife somehow got on the owners deed without his knowledge or signature (forgery), and she has gotten loans on the property that at one point were in default. How can I protect myself and find out if the property is still in foreclosure and what do I do if it is? I dont know what to do and who to pay me rent to.
