What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA -

Ok, so I filed chapter 7 in November of 07 and was duscharged in March of 08. I am now getting collections letters from collection agency's that were not included on my BK7. I was given the advice that I did not need to re-open my BK7 as it was a no asset BK7 and there is nothing to loose or gain. So what do I do or tell the peopl ethat are trying to collect on these accounts?

I know there is another thread out here on a similar situation, but as you all know, not all situations are the same.

Thanks for your help.

Send a letter with a copy of your bk discharge.
Inform them that the debt was included in your bk and they are never to contact you about this mater again. Send the letter CRRR.
