What is the name of your state? iowa

I recently got a copy of my credit report and found on it a judgement that was supposedly done in 2003. I had an outstanding medical bill that went to collection agency and i couldnt make the payments they wanted so they filed. however, after i received the papers i arranged to borrow the money and pay off this account and it was dismissed from court, never a judgement order entered. How or what do i do to take care of this? thanks!

You can go to the credit bureaus website and file a dispute on this tradeline. If you prefer, you can write a letter to the credit bureau to dispute it and send any relavent evidence.

one more question

i submitted an online dispute w/experian, that is the report that i received, however, do i need to do this with the other companies as well or if this is able to be removed will it be done on all of them? thanks

Each credit bureau is its own entity. So you will have to dispute this with all of them (if the judgement is listed with all of them).

You should also call the courthouse and make sure the judgment is showing as satisfied. If its not, you need to show some proof that it WAS paid off.
