A little background- Childs father has every other weekend visitation. He has skipped getting her on many weekends and it turns out that he is supposed to get her next weekend. In our original agreement it says he is only supposed to have her Christmas eve from 11am until 6pm and then come back. He has already made it clear that since it is his weekend he should keep her the whole time and me not see her at all. What can I do if I let her go on Friday and she doesn't come back that night? What are you supposed to go by- whose weekend it is or what the agreement says? Thanks for your help!

I am not sure about your state, but in Texas holiday orverrides normal weekends. Next weekend is our time normally but BM holiday visitation begins today thru the 26th. Christmas and thanksgiving have their own set of visitations guidelines.
