State is new jersey I have custody of my daughter and her mother has every other weekend visitation and alternate holiday on which I drop her off at the police station and pick her up there the mother only has my daughter for 8 hrs the mother still has to go to trail on SIMPLE ASSAULT-PURPOSELY/KNOWINGLY CAUSE BOD. INJURY the question I have is she did not show for the Thanksgiving holiday and when she had my daughter last weekend her boyfriend who she lives with hit my daughter in the ear and noise I quickly told the lady cop and she question my daughter they call up the mother for her address and she would not give it to them so on that Sunday she did not show up at the police station to pick up her daughter no show again the cops said when she shows up they would ask her were she lives cps came by and also ask my daughter what happen still waiting to find out what to do it is her weekend this weekend

Hire a private investigator to follow her to where she lives if she manages to show up this weekend and doesn't get arrested.

Meantime, you might have enough cause to go back to court and get the order changed to supervised visitation in your presence.
