I reside in Ca and was working for a CA employer in the entertainment industry. The job took us to MA for part of the time. SDI was withheld from each check while we were working in CA but not for each week worked in MA.
The address of the employer listed on the paychecks continued to be in CA for the entire run of the project. Should SDI have been withheld for each of the pay periods?
