What is the name of your state?VA
I have a court date coming January 12 and have a question. I filed to have visitation changed and when we went to mediation in 2003 we left a lot of the stuff blank b/c we thought we could agree on it ourselves. But we can't. So when we got to court is the judge going go through each step of the agreement or how does that work?

Tell the Judge there are other unresolved issues that you thought you could work out alone, but couldn't.

Let the Judge decide. He/She may send you back to mediation again .
