What is the name of your state? PA

I was recently married 7 months ago and have been going thru bouts of depression. Prior to being married (and even meeting) I was seeing a counselor regularly. Now, in addition to that counselor, we are going to a marital counselor. I added my new husband onto my policy at work (it's a copay - I pay about 250/mth for the both of us).

Last week our joint counselor said that the insurance company called him...then this week I found out the insurance company called my counselor and found out I am now officially stamped "emotionally abused" w/ the insurance company. Can they drop me or have "requirements" for me to maintain my coverage. They have left a few msgs on my phone, but I've been playing phone tag the past few days. Anyone know if they can drop me or limit my visits because of this?

Group insurance policies are not allowed to drop anyone for medical reasons. Your visits can be limited if that's how the policy is written, but they can't treat you any differently then anyone else on the same plan.
