What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NV
My tenant went to contest eviction, judge told her if she is not paying by 2:00pm today, she will be evicted. She didn't pay today.

Can someone tell me what's happen next? Should we let her know now? When the police will come to change the locker? How about her belongings?

Thanks,

Review the attached on "what happens after court" (the covers Clark county Nevada but it appears to be the same steps across the entire state):

UNDERSTANDING THE EVICTION PROCESS

You take the judges order to the local law enforcement that handles the actual eviction and notify them that she has not complied with this order. They schedule the eviction. They can provide more information on what happens during the eviction and your responsibilities.

While they "oversee" the eviction, they typically don't do the moving of stuff nor the changing of locks; that is up to the landlord. Law enforcement is there to see that the courts orders are carried out and that things remain relatively peaceful during the process.
